Our plan in Port Douglas had been just to be laid back and enjoy being in the tropics with all of this natural beauty. (Okay, lots of shops to browse in too). We just kicked our heels back and enjoyed every kind of food imaginable, the sun and surf, the breathtaking views and scenery, the tourist traps, the accomodations, and even took a few pictures of each other. (Luckily, being digital, there was no unwasted film).
